Tasting note:

  • Visual phase: Clean and bright wine, straw yellow with greenish reflections
  • Olfactory and gustatory phase: On the nose it is very clean, with aromas of white fruits such as pear with tropical aromas. The palate is correct with a very balanced acidity, fresh and dry.

Elaboration: Vinification was carried out by the classic method with white grape varieties, controlling the fermentation and maceration temperatures typical of this type of young wine. Where its fermentation and quality are controlled to the maximum for a quality wine and where the fruit aromas of this wine allow it to enjoy its perfect flavor.
